FREIGHT: F.O.B. JUSTMAN BRUSH – Unless otherwise specified
WARRANTY: We warrant that every brush purchased from Justman Brush, will be free of defects in workmanship and material. We will replace without charge any brush that shows a defect in craftsmanship or material. We ask that the brush be returned to Justman Brush for examination. PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
SPECIAL BRUSHES: In addition to the items shown in our catalog, we have the equipment and necessary material to manufacture all types of custom-made brushes. PLEASE CONTACT TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
BID REQUIREMENTS: Contact our Customer Service Department for Information.
RETURNS: NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT OUR SPECIFIC APPROVAL. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be returned on a PREPAID basis. Customer pays return shipping. In exchange circumstances customer pays shipping of exchanged item. RETURNS MUST BE IDENTIFIED BY PURCHASE DATE AND OUR INVOICE NUMBER. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the purchase date. The return of SPECIAL OR CUSTOM brushes will not be accepted. No SPECIAL OR CUSTOM engineered or PRIVATE LABEL brushes can be returned for credit. CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
